Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality jerky. Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any perishable food items. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@outlawjerky.us with the following:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@outlawjerky.us and we’ll help you file a claim or find a resolution.

Cancellations

We may allow cancellations only before your order ships. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
